玉米根系生长及其所含营养物质成分的研究

摘    要:本研究利用杂交玉米种SC704和石单早为试材,于不同生育期对玉米根系的干物重和养分状况进行了测定分析。试验结果表明,随着玉米生长发育进程的推移,单株根重呈单峰曲线变化,于吐丝期(SC704)至乳熟末期(石单早)达最大值;根系N、P、K养分的百分含量则逐渐降低;可溶性糖含量呈波动性变化,于拔节前和吐丝期出现两个峰值;游离氨基酸含量表现为未入土气生根>已入土并长出侧根的气生根>地表下30—50cm深层的根样,且三者在成熟期均大于吐丝期;此外,本文还测算了玉米根系对土壤养分的归还量。

Abstract:The patterns of the process of dry matter accumulation appeared in the form of a single-peak curve, watersoluble carbohydrates a double-peak, and N. P. K nutrient contents reduced gradually in the whole period of growth in a single maize plant. Analysis of free amino-acids in the maize plant showed that the contents of AA was more in ripe than in blooming stage and of barce root was more than underground root system's.
