摘    要:矢量数据的压缩对于数据网络传输以及提高整个可视化系统的效率来说是一项很莺要的工作.本文对现有曲线矢量数据压缩算法进行比较,着重分析了曲线矢量数据压缩的Douglas-Peucker算法及相关理论,给出了该算法的递归实现,并在World Wind环境中实现了Shape格式文件的快速显示.实验结果证明,经过压缩后的矢量数据兼顾存储空间和显示精度,提高了World Wind应用效率.
