板坯连铸二冷区表面传热系数的预测方法

摘    要:采用求解导热反问题的方法,构造了求解铸坯表面传热系数的导热反问题数学模型,采用修正的直接法对导热微分方程进行差分,建立了各时间节点与空间节点之间的关系式,实现了不同喷水条件下的表面传热系数一表面温度对应关系的求解,并用实测数据对表面传热系数进行了预测.结果表明,修正后的直接法避免了计算结果的大幅振荡,使解的精度及鲁棒性能得到大大改善.研究结果为板坯连铸机二冷区喷水制度的正确制订奠定了坚实的理论基础.

Abstract:A modified direct numerical method for solving the inverse heat conduction problem for slab continuous easting is proposed. By discretizing the differential equations and setting up the relationship between time nodes and space nodes, the corresponding heat transfer coefficients of different surface temperature were obtained under different water spraying conditions, furthermore, the heat transfer coefficients were predicted based on the experimental data. Compared with the competing methods, the modified direct numerical method enables to avoid the unstable results during the initial period, and improves the solution accuracy and robustness significantly. The method can be used to correctly water spraying system for the secondary cooling region of slab continuous casting.
