摘    要:三种掺杂剂对聚乙炔的掺杂结果表明:碘、无水FeCl_3掺杂的聚乙炔,其导电率较SnCl_4掺杂时为大;掺杂剂溶液浓度和聚乙炔膜的厚度对试样中掺杂剂浓度均有影响;又掺杂剂在膜表面分布均匀程度与掺杂时间有关。

Abstract:The effects of three dopants on electrical conductivity of doped Polyacetylene film have been studied, they show that the film doped with FeCl_3 or iodine give better electrical conductiviy than that with SnCl_4. The concentration of dopant in the sample will be affected by the concentration of the dopant solution on the one hand and by the thickness of the film on the other. The spread uniformity of the dopant in the film surface will vary with the doping time.
