| Abstract: | This paper discusses on the importance of strengthening the continuo us education for the special technical personnel of different levels and differe nt kinds under the new situation, and expounds that learning sci-tech knowledge must follow the objective laws of sci-tech development, grasp the levels of th e knowledge, and based on knowing the sci-tech developing history, master today 's sci-tech dynamic state and be clear about the trend of the future social and sci-tech development. |
