| 摘 要： | 档案是社会发展和历史的记录,是人类文明和人类价值活动的凝固。档案的重要作用决定了档案管理工作的重要意义。新时期,档案工作在管理手段、管理方式上已经大大区别于传统的档案管理,信息化、人性化、服务化的发展趋势对当前的档案管理提出了新的挑战。如何创新档案管理,是每个档案管理机构和档案管理人员必须认真思考的重要问题。
