| 摘 要： | 在对加工装配型企业系统进行抽象的基础上,建立了包含人员柔性、机床柔性、路径选择柔性以及信息处理技术这四种情况的总体柔性模型,并且柔性采用经济性指标加以定量.本文证明了该总体柔性模型的收敛性,利用计算机对该模型进行了求解,同时得到了上述四类因素对系统总体柔性指标的影响结果.

| Abstract: | In this paper, on the base of abstract of manufacturing enterprise system, an integrated flexibility model including labor flexibility, machine flexibility, routing flexibility and information technology , is built, and the total flexibility is measured by economic index.Through the examples , the model is solved on the computer and the flexibility of the system has been get, and in the meantime the results about the above four factors affecting the total flexibility have also been gained. |
