沈阳市农村青年转移就业问题分析

在对沈阳市农村青年就业状况进行调查研究的基础上,提出了沈阳市农村青年就业方面存在的主要问题：外出务工青年综合素质整体偏低;中介服务能力不足,政府职能相对缺位;社会保障服务滞后。针对存在的问题提出相关解决措施：建立健全适宜农村青年转移就业的管理机制;建立促进农村青年转移就业的服务网络体系;实行制度创新,加大各项政策落实力度。

Transfer of Employment of Rural Youth in Shenyang

On the basis of surveys and researches about Shenyang＇s employment situation of rural youth, some problems were proposed： the overall quality of young migrant workers is low; it＇s lack of intermediary services and relative government＇s functions; the social security service is lag behind. Some solutions to the existence problems were proposed： to establish and improve the management system applying to the transfer of rural youth for employment; to establish the network system; to make institutional innovation, and increase efforts to implement the policy.
