溶胶凝胶法合成TiO2纳米粉体及光催化活性研究

摘    要:利用简便的溶胶凝胶法合成了锐钛型纳米TiO2粉体,对合成的TiO2粉体进行了XRD,SEM,TEM分析,利用对锐钛型纳米TiO2粉体形成过程进行了分析,并对合成的纳米TiO2粉体的光催化性能进行了研究,表明其对罗丹明B的光催化降解在1h内可达98%以上.

Abstract:The anatase TiO2 nanopowders were prepared by simple sol-gel method. The as-prepared products were analyzed by XRD, SEM and TEM. The formation process of anatase TiO2 was also analyzed by TG--DTA. The photocatalysis property of as-prepared powders was measured and the results showed that photocatalysis degradation rate of rhodamine B could reach 98% in presence of TiO2 nanopoders.
