PVC稀土热稳定剂结构分析

摘    要:采用红外光谱和X -射线衍射分析 ,对硬脂酸稀土热稳定剂进行结构研究 .红外光谱分析结果表明 ,固态硬脂酸稀土盐中硬脂酸根离子与稀土离子之间主要以离子键结合 ,区别于硬脂酸通过形成氢键而以二聚体结构存在 .X -射线衍射分析结果显示 ,硬脂酸稀土热稳定剂具有层状晶体结构 ,晶层由处于中间的稀土离子平面层两侧结合两层并行排列的硬脂酸根全伸展锯齿链所构成 ,且晶层中稀土离子轴倾斜于基面 .

Abstract:Using infrared spectrum and powder X-ray diffraction to analyze the structure of rare earth stearate. The results of IR showed that the bonds between the stearate and rare earth metal ions in rare earth stearate in solid state are main ionic character, while the stearic acid in solid state exists with dimeric structure through hydrogen bonding. The analytic data of Powder X-ray diffraction indicated that rare earth stearate stabilizers have the stratified crystalline structure with the crystal layer formed from a plane layer of rare earth ions combined with two layers of fully extended zigzag chains of stearic acid radicals arranged parallelly each other on its both sides, and the rare earth ions axes are inclined to the crystal layer planes in it.
