| 摘 要： | 针对辽宁科技大学专职辅导员队伍现状进行了问卷调查、统计和分析。辅导员队伍人员结构合理,综合素质较高;在人员配备、任务分工、工作量计算、理论研究、保障运行机制等方面有待加强。提出了加强辅导员队伍建设的对策,如提高认识、足额配备,完善考核制度,走职业化、专业化道路等。
