| 摘 要： | 农村合作金融组织的改革和创新是新时期社会主义新农村建设的主要内容和成败关键。我国关于农村合作金融法律保障方面存在许多问题,严重制约了农村合作金融组织的发展。在正确认识和深入分析农村合作金融组织法律保障方面存在的问题的基础上,又科学总结了其他国家依法保障农村合作金融发展的成功经验,然后提出一些科学合理的对策,以期推动农村合作金融改革和组织创新。
