硫酸氢钠催化合成草酸二乙酯的研究

摘    要:以硫酸氢钠为催化剂,甲苯为带水剂,以结晶草酸和乙醇为原料直接酯化合成草酸二乙酯.通过实验得出了最佳反应条件:醇酸物质的量之比为4,催化剂用量为总投料量的5%,反应时间5h.在此条件下得到了较好的收率.

Abstract:The paper reported a method of diethyl oxalate’s synthesis:Using sodium hydrogen sulfite as a catalyst,methylbenzene as a water bringer,diethyl oxalate is synthesized from oxalic acid and ethanol. We found the optimal conditions by testing. The optimal conditions are as follows:The amount of substance ratio of alcohol to acid 4,mass ratio of catalyst 5 % ,time of reaction 5 h. Under the optimal conditions,the yield of diethyl oxalate is high.
