| Abstract: | With the development of computer integrated manufacturing system, computer aided inspection planning has become the key link of integrated quality system in CIMS. In CIMS, online inspection technology of machining center based is researched. The selecting method of measuring head is discussed. An algorithm of expand time division increment interpolation is presented and it applies to online inspection. The function of inspection system software is introduced. |
