摘    要:通过化学液相沉积的方式对ZSM-5沸石进行硅改性,制备了不同硅沉积量的催化剂。在固定床微型反应器上对催化剂的反应性能进行了评价,考察了二氧化硅沉积量、改性次数及催化剂中非沸石粉体的性质对改性的影响。采用红外光谱(IR)、BET比表面测试等手段对改性前后的催化剂进行了表征。结果发现,随着硅沉积量的增加,甲苯歧化的转化率逐渐下降,对位选择性逐渐升高,副反应越来越明显;酸性非沸石粉体不适合作为甲苯歧化催化剂的粘结剂。

Abstract:ZSM-5 zeolite was modified by chemical liquid Si deposition.Some catalysts with different Si deposition content were prepared,and their reaction properties were evaluated on fixed bed minitype reactor.The effects of SiO_2 deposition content,modification times and properties of non-zeolite on the modification were investigated.By means of infrared ray spectrum(IR) and BET specific surface test,the catalysts and the modified catalysts were characterized respectively.The results show that with the addition of SiO_2 deposition,conversion of toluene decreases,the selectivity increases,and side reaction increases.Acid non-zeolite is not suitable for secondary component of toluene disproportionation catalyst.
