| 摘 要： | 利用手机GSM/CDMA网络、小灵通短信网络与互联网之间的通讯技术,以自主开发的专用配对引擎为核心,设计开发出物流信息实时智能配对系统。该系统将短信息数据,按特定的代码方式自动录入互联网服务器内的数据库,再根据配对策略进行智能配对处理,将配对结果生成适合于手机或小灵通接收的短信息,自动发送给信息需求方。该系统有利于运输业主与货主的信息沟通,减少运力空耗,使运力得到较好的利用。
