| Abstract: | Creating the teaching and learning means of the P.E. skill motion is the principal impetus to improve the quality of P.E. In this article, we will conclude the basic principles on creating teaching and learning means of skill motion by looking up documents, logical thinking and system analyzing, those are: comprehending the basic characteristic of teaching and learning means, obeying the principles of creating, being acquainted with the method of creating, grasping the thinking ways of creating. |
