| 摘 要： | 新形势下,优秀运动队的管理必须适应时代发展的方向和要求,与时俱进,把"建设和谐社会,坚持以人为本"的指导思想贯彻到具体工作中。要想管理好运动队,提高竞技运动水平,就要坚持"以人为本",营造和谐训练环境;发挥运动员主体作用,提高自我管理能力;增强运动员内在动力,提高训练自觉性;建立健全规章制度,提高管理的科学性,增强团队精神,培养集体意识。

| Abstract: | The author expounds the points about manage work for outstanding sports teams according to build a harmonious society and humanistic concern fit in with the development of new times.The managerial personnel must build a cordial and harmonious training atmosphere,give full play to athletes' professional skill,raise self-management talent and their morale,raise their conscious dynamic role of training,establish new rule and regulation,strengthen collective spirit in order to manage the sports teams well and raise the level of results. |
