| 摘 要： | 将层次分析法和灰色关联分析的方法有机地结合起来,对招标的建设项目建立灰色多层次综合评判(AHP-GRAP)模型,利用层次分析法计算影响建设项目评标的各个因素的权重,构造各项因素的比较数列和参考数列,计算各个投标方案的关联度,以此来确定参与投标的建筑企业的排序,最后给出了这种模型的应用实例.

| Abstract: | This article unifies the analytic hierarchy process and the grey related analytic method organically,establishes the grey multi-levelled synthesis judgment model,gives the weight of each factor that influences bid evaluation using analytic hierarchy process.Then we construct each factor comparison sequence and reference sequence,compute the correlation degree of each tender document, determined sequence of construction companies' arrangement which bid.A case is given finally. |
