| 摘 要： | 以中科院上海生命科学研究院的知识产权与技术转移中心按照美国科研机构技术转移办公室标准模式,结合中国国情运作,为上海生命科学研究院的科技成果提供保护、管理和转化的专业化服务,探索出推动科技成果转化的成功模式为案例,介绍了其按照国际水平专业化职业化模式运作的成功经验,分析了我国科技成果转化采用这种模式所面临的问题,并提出了几点建议。 |

| Abstract: | Intellectual property rights and technology transfer center in Shanghai Institutes for biological sciences(SIBS) of CAS,is built according to American office of technology transfer mode,combining with China's national conditions.It provides protection,management and transformation of the scientific and technological achievements for SIBS with professional services,finding out the successful mode to promote the transformation of scientific and technological achievements.This paper tries to introduce its successful experience with which operating according to international level specialized professional mode,and analyzes the difficulties faced when transfer scientific and technological achievements by using this model,and then puts forward some suggestions. |
