| 摘 要： | 在分析天津市生产力促进中心发展现状和面临问题的基础上,提出瞄准科技服务体系中的缺失和薄弱环节进行中心发展布局,根据中心建设状况进行中心差别管理等五大建设思路,并重点围绕整合资源、优化管理和加强人才培育等提出了保障中心长远发展的对策措施。

| Abstract: | On the basis of analysis about current situation and facing issues of Tianjin productivity promotion center,proposed that aiming at the lack and weak links in the scientific and technological service system,make center development layout and etc in all five-building ideas.Focus on the integration of resources and optimizing management and strengthening personnel training and etc,proposed some policies and measures that can make Tianjin productivity promotion center development for a long time. |
