In context of the state encourages innovation,more and more comprehensive & systematic research require the team research.the personal research have been gradually eliminated,various research groups continue to emerge.But there is no systematic research team model,followed by variety of problems.In this paper,based on the references and research projects & research team management practice,the characters and problems of the process of research team building and management are summarized.By viewing the research team as a system,proposed to build a harmonious sustainable development research team system and elements of the framework.
