事业单位岗位绩效工资制度改革的思考

摘    要:事业单位收入分配制度的改革目标是建立岗位绩效工资制度,以适应事业单位聘用制改革和岗位管理的要求。要真正建立起岗位绩效工资制度,岗位设置是前提,岗位聘任是基础,绩效评估是关键;在此基础上分析了岗位绩效工资制度改革中存在的问题和需要处理好的几个关系。

Abstract:The goal of income distribution system reform in institution is to establish post-performance- wage system in order to adapt to the reform of institutions of appointment and the requirements of post manage- ment system. To establish the post-performance-wage system, the following three factors should be considered: post setting, which is a prerequisite, post appointment which is a basis and performance evaluation which is a key, of this reform. This article lists the problems of the post-performance-wage system reform. And it states several relationships which should be considered during this reform.
