摘    要:在电力系统配网无功优化计算中,由于总的无功最优补偿容量无法确定,所以传统的等网损微增率方法无法得到一个较优的补偿方案;另外,在配网的实际运行中,当电压偏差较大时,有载调压变压器往往作为调节电压的手段而对无功功率的分布产生影响,这也使得等网损微增率方法难以实现.为了解决该问题,提出了一种将基于参数控制变量的最优潮流算法作为主要手段的新型无功优化方法.该方法以最小化平衡节点的注入功率为目标函数,将并联补偿的电容器组的电纳值和可调变压器的变比作为控制变量,在计算过程中计入了由于进行无功补偿所造成的网络参数变化,从而提高了计算精确度.最后给出了该方法应用于IEEE-30节点系统的计算实例.

Abstract:The traditional reactive power optimization based on equal wastage ration method can not obtain a preferable scheme. And when the voltage offset is biggish it is difficult to apply equal wastage ration method because the regulation of OLTC (On-Load Tap Changer) will be applied as a voltage adjustment measure.A novel method for reactive power optimization was presented. The optimal power flow algorithm based on parameter control variable is the main measure in this method. The objective function is the minimum of the inject power on slack bus which is regarded as the real power loss. The susceptance of the capacitor and the ration of the OLTC are regarded as control variables in the reactive power optimization to overcome the disadvantages in application of equal wastage ration method in distribution network. This method also takes the change of network parameter during the reactive power optimization into account, which can improve precision and convergence. An application example on IEEE-30 system was presented at last.
