关于做新做实大学生思想政治教育工作的思考

大学生思想政治教育工作是一个系统工程，当代大学生思想状况主流是好的，但在新的形势下也出现了一些新的情况，这就为思想政治教育工作者提出了新的要求。在新形势下，思想政治教育工作者要察实情，出新招，见实效。具体要求：第一，认真研究当代大学生的思想特点变化，真正负起思想政治教育的责任；第二，改革和加强“两课”教育，拓宽“主渠道”，刷新“主阵地”；第三，创新校园文化；第四，重点做好“五种”大学生的思想政治教育工作；第五，努力造就一支数量充足，业务精良，开拓进取，人员稳定的思想政治教育工作队伍。

Reflections on Solid & Creative Work of Political Education on University Students

The political education work is a systematic project. The main stre am of modern university students' ideology is good, but there have appeared some n ew situations. So it requires more for us political educators in the new situati on.
