| 摘 要： | 用两种方法（ 直接酯化法和酰氯法） 合成了山梨酸乙酯，对合成条件作了初步探讨，比较这两种合成方法，得出用浓硫酸作催化剂的直接酯化法，方法简单，原料易得，产物较纯，产率比酰氯法高。

| Abstract: | Two methods were used to prepare the ethyl sorbate. One was that sorbic acid and thionyl chloride gave sorbyl chloride, which reacted with ethanol to obtain ethyl sorbate. Another was that sorbic acid and ethanol were esterified to obtain ethyl sorbate by using concentrated H 2SO 4 as catlyst. The second method is simple, with its product purer and starting materials gained easily. |
