高速往复式内燃机平衡轴设计分析

摘    要:往复式内燃机由于其结构特点在高速运转时存在不平衡往复惯性力及力矩 ,引起发动机产生较大振动及噪声 用平衡轴平衡高速往复式内燃机不平衡往复惯性力及力矩可显著降低发动机振动及噪声 本文分析了低质量平衡轴的设计原则及结构参数和安装对平衡轴系统误差的影响 通过计算 ,着重讨论了在平衡同样的往复惯性力前提下 ,扇形平衡轴的主要结构参数旋转半径、宽度和夹角对平衡轴质量的影响

Abstract:There are unbalanced inertia force and torque in the reciproca te d internal combustion engine,so the engine will have marked vibration and noise when it runs at high speed.The vibration and noise of highspeed reciprocated int ernal combustion engine can be markedly reduced with a balancer shaft. In this p a per the lowest mass design principle and the errorness of the balancer system ar e analyzed.It mainly discusses the influence of such structural parameters as ro tation radius,width and included angle on the mass of fan type balancer,with the prerequisite of balancing the same inertia force or torque.
