树脂增强SLS烧结件的研究

摘    要:为解决以高分子粉末为基底的烧结件力学性能较差的问题,对烧结原型件进行了树脂增强.研究了环氧树脂的固化条件及增强后烧结件的尺寸精度变化,测试了增强件的力学性能.试验结果表明,增强处理后的烧结件性能有较大的提高.

Abstract:This paper presented the solidifying process and mechanical performance in laser prototyping of the polymeric powder material. The experiments focused on the solidifying process and the shrinkage rate of sintering part. The mechanical strength of the sintering part was enhanced with some paste epoxy resin.
