| Abstract: | From the equations of normal modes of crystals, the direction of the optical axis in biaxial crystals is found and the corresponding vectors of electric field and electric displacement are derived when lights travel in the direction of the optical axis. All refracted lights fall on the surface of the same cone through drawing a geometric diagram are proved. |
