摘    要:为了提高高压三相异步电动机的效率,提出了一种适用于YKK(空-空冷)355—630(中心高mm)系列高压电动机的高效外风扇,即后倾离心式风扇。通过理论估算电机实际工作所需的风压和风量,给出了后倾离心式风扇的优化设计方案。实例计算结果表明:该风扇能够工作在最大效率点,风扇损耗降低了,提高了电机的效率。这说明了该风扇设计方案的可行性,后倾离心式风扇是一种提高高压异步电动机效率的有效方法。

Abstract:A high efficiency centrifugal fan with backward inclined blades for series YKK 355-630(air-air cooling,frame size 355-630 mm)was developed to increase the efficiency of three-phase high-voltage asynchronous motors without increasing total cost.The optimal fan design was found using fan theory to estimate the actual volume flow rate and pressure.The calculated results show the design makes the fan work at the maximum efficiency point,and the motor efficiency is improved because of the reduction of the fan lo...
