液压挖掘机工作装置仿真分析

摘    要:基于三维软件pro/e建立了液压挖掘机工作装置的虚拟样机模型。在多体动力学软件Adams中对工作装置虚拟样机进行了运动学及动力学仿真分析,得出了挖掘机工作装置主要工作范围尺寸及在典型挖掘工况下各铰点的受力情况。为挖掘机构件进行有限元分析及改进提供了依据。

Abstract:The virtual model of excavator work device was created with CAD software pro/e. The major work pa- rameters of excavator were obtained by means of kinematics simulation in ADAMS. In addition, by dynamic simula- tion, the force that was exerted on the points was presented under specified conditions. The research has provided the basis for the further FEM and improvement of excavator components.
