基于MEMS惯性技术的延转姿态角测量误差补偿研究

摘    要:本文介绍了基于MEMS惯性技术,载体在水平面上廻转时产生的姿态角测量原理,运用在线误差补偿技术,针对因MEMS惯性器件加速度效应误差不均衡,导致的翅转姿态角测量误差进行实时补偿。提高了姿态测量装置题转姿态角的测量精度。

Abstract:Based on MEMS inertial technology, this paper introduced that carrier in the horizontal plane of a U- turn produced attitude angle measurement principle, of inertial device. Due to the MEMS imbalanced acceleration effect error, we applied on-line error compensation technology to make real time compensation caused by a U-turn attitude angle measurement error and improve the measurement accuracy of U-turn attitude angle for attitude meas- uring device.
