摘    要:铝阴极板要求具有较好的导电性能和力学性能,本文通过采用整体铸造、热压连接、对焊式导电头等技术对传统制造工艺进行改进,成功生产出具有较长使用寿命和稳定电效的铝阴极板。

Manufacturing Process Improvements of Cathode Plate

Abstract:Cathode plates are required to have better conductivity and mechanical property. Through improvement of the traditional manufacturing process by technologies of in-block casting, thermo-compression bonding and butt weld-conductive head, the cathode plate has a long service life and steady current efficiency of zinc electrolysis.
