| 摘 要： | 江泽民总书记关于“三个代表”的重要思想为高校在新世纪的改革和发展提出了更高的要求，高校要紧紧围绕培养合格人才的根本任务，在教学，科研和管理等各项工作中，始终坚持马克思主义，毛泽东思想和邓小平理论，大力发扬创新精神，积极弘扬中华民族的传统文化，高度重视教师的自身建设，为传播和创造社会主义的先进文化做出应有的贡献。

| Abstract: | President Jiang's major thougts on "Three represents" bring forward a higher requirement for the college's reform and development in the new century.College should revolve around the cultivation of qualified talents;adhere all the time to Maxism, Mao Tsai_tong's Thought and Den Xiao_Ping's Theory;develop strongly the creativity;enhance the traditional culture of China;attach importance on the self_improvement of teacher troops,and make a due centributions to socialist advanced culture's transmission. |
