微波辐射降解多氯联苯的实验研究

摘    要:采用微波辐射降解多氯联苯,对影响多氯联苯降解的反应温度、反应时间、试剂加入量、搅拌方式等因素进行了考察和优化,结果表明:在反应温度为50℃、反应时间为10min、充分搅拌的条件下,溶液中多氯联苯的降解率可达99.99%,达到国际处理标准.对多氯联苯的降解产物进行了初步分析,为无毒的烃类、碳、氯离子和水等物质.

Abstract:Factors on decomposition of PCBs in methanol solution under microwave irradiation have been investigated. It was found that PCBs degree of decomposition could reach to 99.99% under 50℃ , in 10 min when the system was fully stirred up, which reaches the international processing standard. The decomposed products of PCBs were also analyzed,which are materials of nontoxic hydrocarbon, carben, chloridion,water and so on.
