孤东油田防砂方法优化决策技术研究

摘    要:首先在研究影响各防砂效果因素、有效期等的基础上,采用多元回归分析,建立了计算孤东油田各区块、各层位、各防砂方法有效期的数学模型,并进行了现场验证;然后在综合分析各防砂方法原理、特点、适应性等的基础上,采用模糊数学原理,建立了防砂方法优化决策的技术评价模型和经济评价模型.通过对3 000余井次的现场验证和应用表明,采用该优化决策技术不仅提高了防砂成功率和有效期,克服了防砂工艺决策的盲目性,而且还降低了防砂措施的费用,保证了油田生产的顺利进行.该技术对同类油藏具有重要的指导意义.

Abstract:The mathematical models of the valid periods of various sand control methods of every strata of every tract of Gudong Oilfield are established using multivariate regression analysis method,and they are verified.The fuzzy technological evaluation model and the fuzzy economic evaluation model for the optimization of sand control methods are presented based on the analyses of the principle,characteristics and suitability of every sand control method.The applications on over 3 000 wells show that,this optimization method of sand control techniques can increase the successful probability of sand control techniques,prolong the valid periods of them.It can also avoid the blindness in selecting sand control techniques,and therefore the expenses of sand control measures are reduced.
