| 摘 要： | 为观察碟脉灵注射液治疗冠心病心绞痛的疗效 ,选择 6 8例冠心病心绞痛反复发作患者 ,并随机分为常规治疗组 30例 ,均给予硝酸酯类药物治疗 ,碟脉灵治疗组 38例 ,碟脉灵 +硝酸酯类药物治疗 ,均以 15d为一疗程作对比 结果表明 :碟脉灵治疗组总有效率达 95 % ,常规治疗组仅为 6 0 % ,2组比较有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;血总胆固醇、全血粘度、血浆粘度指数 ,碟脉灵组治疗后比治疗前下降明显 ,与常规治疗组比较有显著性差异

| Abstract: | To observe the clinical curative effect of Diemailing injection on the angina pectoris of coronary heart disease, 68 patients with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease were randomly divided into 2 groups. 30 cases were treated with nitrate esters(control group) and 38 treated with Diemailing injection and nitrate esters(Diemailing group). Both of the groups were taken 15 d as a period of treatment for comparison. The results showed that the total effective rate of control group was 60%, while in Diemailing group, it was 95%, which was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05). The results also showed that in Diemailing group, there was an obvious decrease in the total serum cholesterol, the stickiness of whole blood, the index of serum stickiness after treatment, which showed a significant difference when compared with control group. |
