建立高校人本化教师管理机制的思考

摘    要:当前高校教师管理机制中存在的主要问题是人才结构不够完善、激励机制不够健全、管理方式不够民主、用人制度不够灵活。建立并运用人本化教师管理机制,有利于提高整体学术水平,有利于推进管理制度创新,有利于强化人力资源开发,有利于实现高校根本任务。提出了建立高校人本化教师管理机制的若干策略。

Abstract:The major problems existing in the teachers management mechanism in colleges and universities lie in imperfection of talents structure, imperfection of encouragement mechanism, lack of democracy in the management way and inflexibility of employing persons. The establishment and use of people - oriented teachers management mechanism in colleges and universities is favourable to improving the whole academic level, promoting the innovation of management system, strengthening the development of human resources and realizing the fundamental task. This paper puts forward some strategies for the establishment of people - oriented teachers management mechanism in colleges and universities.
