对发展经济学的就业理论和我国的就业战略的思考

发展经济学的就业理论主要研究的是发展中国家的就业问题，提出了有关增加就业的政策主张，这对发展中国家缓解就业压力，保持经济发展有一定的借鉴意义，但其提出的理论也与发展中国家的现实状况有一定差距。在对发展经济学就业理论的分析评价的基础上，提出了适合我国国情的就业战略措施。

Considerations About the Employment Theory of the Development Economics and Our Country''''s Employment Strategy

The employment theory of the development economics that mainly researches on the employment problem of the developing countries puts forward some policies about increasing the employment, which has certain reference significance for releasing the employment pressure and keeping the economic development of the developing countries, however there is the gap between the theories for putting forward these policies and the actual situation of the developing countries. Based on analyzing and evaluating the employment theory of the development economics, this paper advances some employment strategies and measures that are suitable to our country's actual conditions.
