| 摘 要： | 用氨基酸自动分析仪，分析了中华鳖血清游离氨基酸的含量。结果表明：该值有明显的性别差异。雄性血清游离氨基酸总量高于雌性。无论雌雄，苏氨酸和苯丙氨酸是含量最高的氨基酸。天门冬氨酸没有检出。
