试论党的“三讲”教育的特点及其理论意义

“三讲”教育提出的客观必然性是在国际国内新环境中,新形势新任务对党政领导干部的素质所提出的新要求与党政领导干部的素质不能适应或不完全适应这种新要求。“三讲”教育的实不是运用马克思主义思想教育的形式来解决新时期党内的思想矛盾,即“三讲”与“三不讲”的矛盾,以便使党能够更好地做到“三个代表”。党内“三讲”与“三不讲”的思想矛盾的产生是在新的时代条件下国际国内的经济、政治、文化矛盾在党内的反映。党所开展的“三讲”教育的环境发生了历史性变化,“三讲”教育的目标要求具有鲜明的时代性,所遵循的原则、所采用的形式和方法具有创新性。“三讲”教育是对党建史上成功历史经验的创造性借鉴,也是对马克思主义关于党内矛盾和党内思想教育理论的创造性运用。党在领导干部中的“三讲”教育对于新时期加强全党的建设具有一般方法论意义。

On Characteristics and Theory Significance of the "Three Emphases" on Education of the CPC

the essence of the "three emphases" education stressing theoretical study,political awareness,and good conduct is to solve the ideological contradiction in the Party with the form of the Marxism ideology education and the spirit of rectification campaign so as to make the Party always meet the requirements for the development of China's advanced productivity,lead the orientation of the development of advanced culture,and represent the fundamental interests of the Chinese people.There are the ideological contradiction between the "three emphases" and the "three despises" on theoretical study,political awareness,and good conduct in the Party.The roots of ideological contradiction in the Party comes from reflection in the Party of the international and national contradiction of economics,politics and society.The "three emphases" on education have been carrying out in the historical changing social surroundings.It have the clear-cut characteristics of the new era in the education aims and the innovations in the education method.The education benefits by the successful experiences of uhe Party-building history and brings forth new ones,and put the Marxism ideological education theory which carried out in the Party to use creatively.The Party can carry out the official education methods to the whole Party members.
