摘    要:探讨了在苜蓿愈伤组织悬浮细胞培养过程中,培养液初始pH值、活性炭处理量和接种量对苜蓿皂苷积累的影响,采用超声波法提取其中的皂苷并利用紫外分光光度法测定其质量分数.结果表明,初始pH维持在5.6~5.8,2 g/瓶的接种量对皂苷的形成最为有利.但是,随着活性炭用量的增加,苜蓿悬浮培养细胞的皂苷质量分数随之下降.

Abstract:Discussed the effects of the initial pH value of culture substance,the treated concentration of active carbon and the weight of inoculation on saponin accumulation in alfalfa callus suspension cell culture process.The ultrasonic method was used to extract the saponin and UV spectrophotometry to determine their contents.The results showed that 30 mL culture substance was loaded in 100 mL flask,maintaining the pH value at the range over 5.6 to 5.8,and the weight of inoculation was 2 g/flask,that is optimum to...
