| 摘 要： | 实验中心设备管理工作是一项重要而复杂的系统工作,涉及很多方面。文中结合沈阳药科大学药理实验中心的实际情况,分别从仪器设备的购置、档案管理、仪器使用管理与维护、资源共享、激励机制、仪器设备管理存在的问题和对未来的展望等几个方面探讨如何更加有效地提高实验中心的仪器设备管理水平。

| Abstract: | Management of laboratory equipment is an important and complicated work, involving lots of aspects. How to effectively im- prove the management level of experimental equipment in our experimental teaching center of pharmacology is discussed in this paper which is based on the actual situation of our center, from the aspects such as the instrument and equipment purchase, archives man- agement, operation management and maintenance of equipments, resource sharing, incentive mechanism, management of instruments and problems and prospects respectively. |
