摘    要:提倡个性教育和个性发展是由教育的本质所决定的,是由人的身心发展规律所决定的,是建设创新型国家和时代精神的要求。发展个性教育能提升人的自主性,发挥人的能动性,激发人的创造性。但必须把个性发展与个性绝对自由区别开来,处理好个性化与社会化、个性发展与社会发展、个性发展与全面发展、个性教育与素质教育的关系。

Abstract:Promoting personality education and personality development are determined by the nature of education and the law of the people' s physical and mental development. Building an innovative country require them and they are also called by the spirit of the times. Developing individual education can improve people' s autonomy, develop people' s initiative, stimulate people' s creativity. But we must distinguish personality development between absolute individuality freedom and deal with the relationship of personalization with socialization, personality development with social development, character development with all - round development, personality education with quality education.
