| 摘 要： | 精英政治理论从19世纪末期兴起以来,经历了传统精英政治和当代精英政治两个理论研究时期。从彻底的否定民主的价值和实践,到肯定民主作为现代政治的程序性制度,当代精英政治论在实然的角度消解了传统理论对民主的围攻。同时,当代的精英政治也给现代政治运行提出了更高的要求,就是既要注重民主的程序,更要注重民主的价值。

| Abstract: | Since late 19th century, elite political theory studying experienced two stages the theory of traditional elite politics and the theory of contemporary elite politics. From completely negating the value and practice of democracy to confirming democracy as a procedural system of modern politics, contemporary elite political theory deconstructs the siege of democracy from traditional theory in the Real. Moreover, the contemporary elite politics raised higher requirement for modern politics which is not only to pay attention to the democratic process, but also to focus on the value of democracy. |
