日本大坝抗震设计标准的发展历程与经验

摘    要:国外的大坝抗震设计标准一直都是中国修订抗震设计标准的重要参考,但是对国外制定大坝抗震设计标准的历史和背景了解地并不全面,本文通过系统阐述分析日本的大坝抗震设计标准的成型、修订和完善的历程,帮助了解日本大坝抗震设计标准的变迁过程,以便得到更有价值的参考.日本非常重视地震的震损调研,积极吸取地震经验,日本的大坝抗震设计标准具有前瞻性和开拓性,制定了针对大规模地震下的大坝抗震安全评价指南,提出了大坝抗震设计的“2级地震加速度”概念.

Abstract:Foreign seismic design standards of dams have been important references for China. However,the history and background that how the foreign seismic design standards of dams formulated haven't been understand comprehensively. By describing the course that seismic design standards of dams forming, revise and improve can obtain more valuable references. Japan attaches great importance to the research of seismic earthquake damage and absorbs earthquake experience in active,seismic design standards of dams in Japan are forward--looking and pioneering.They formulate seismic safety evaluation guidelines of dams against the massive earthquake,and propose a concept of "level 2 seismic acceleration".
