| 摘 要： | 采用献资料、问卷调查和数理统计等方法，对新疆竞技体育重点项目后备人才培养方面教练员面临的主要问题进行了分析，认为新疆教练员素质偏低，需要加强教练员的岗位培训等工作，以利于新疆后备人才培养的可持续发展。
