| 摘 要： | 作为展示科学研究成果和培养科技人才的高校学报,在维护学术规范上承担着义不容辞的神圣职责,在维护学术规范上应发挥重要作用。具体包括：(1)树立依法办刊思想,把好学术规范关；(2)增强自律意识,遏制学术失范行为；(3)加强对研究生学术道德的培养；(4)建立审稿专家库,把好审稿关。

| Abstract: | As an important tool to publicize the academic achievement and educating people,the Universities' journals play the key and sacred role in upholding the uncompromising integrity and maintaining academic standard and ethics,which includes:(1)running journals according to law and insisting academic norm;(2)raising con- sciousness of self-control and forbidding academic disorganization;(3)strengthening academic morality training; (4)establishing experts storage. |
