摘    要:新体育课程理念的提出对体育教师的素质,特别是专业素质提出了新的挑战,而由于受传统教育观念等因素的影响,制约了体育教师专业素质的发展,为此探讨在实践中采取有关的方略来提升教师的专业素质是体育课程改革的需要,也是顺应时代发展的要求。

Abstract:The proposal of New PE Curriculum presents new challenges for PE teachers' qualities,especially professional qualities.As influenced by traditional education concepts and other factors,the development of PE teachers' professional quality has been constrained.So it is necessary to discuss relative measures to improve the teachers' professional qualities,so as to meet the requirements of PE curriculum reform and social development.
