| 摘 要： | 南通坐拥江海岸线之利,具备船舶装备产业快速发展的基础,南通发展船舶装备产业应采用切实可行的措施,即加快建立现代造船模式,促进南通船舶装备产业跨越式发展;利用信息化提高南通船舶装备产业的管理水平;发挥高校作用,建立三位一体的船舶科技创新体系;产学研紧密合作,着力构建一批产学研合作基地;实施人才凝聚工程,为产业发展提供智力支持.
